Refund Eligibility

  • Customers may request a refund within 14 days of their initial purchase date.
  • Refund requests submitted after the 14-day refund period are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at billing@saentra.app and include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of purchase
  • Any relevant information regarding your request

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • When a subscription is cancelled, access to paid features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically generate a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within the 14-day refund period described above.
