Refund Eligibility
- Customers may request a refund within 14 days of their initial purchase date.
- Refund requests submitted after the 14-day refund period are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@saentra.app and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of purchase
- Any relevant information regarding your request
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- When a subscription is cancelled, access to paid features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically generate a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within the 14-day refund period described above.
